Shipments within Greece

  • Shipments with ACS
  • For orders over 50€, shipping costs are free of charge and if you choose to pay cash on delivery, there will be an additional charge of 1,5€ for this service.
  • For orders under 50€, the shipping costs are 3€ and if you choose payment on delivery, there will be an additional charge of 1,5€ for this service
  • In addition, we give you the option if you wish to have your order delivered on Saturday, with shipping costs of 4,5€ if the order is over 50€ and 3€ if it is under 50€. If cash on delivery is selected as a payment method, there will be an additional charge of 1,5€.
  • The delivery time for orders in Attica is 1-2 working days. For the rest of Greece the delivery time is 2-4 working days and increases depending on your region, in case your order is in a difficult to reach area. In periods of holidays, promotions or sales expect that the delivery time may increase. In the event of exceeding the delivery time our company is not responsible and you should contact the Courier company exclusively.

 

Missions in Cyprus

  • For orders over 120€, shipping costs are free of charge.
  • For orders under 120€, the shipping cost is 12€.
  •       Payment, in both cases, is only possible via card or web banking or PayPal as the cash on delivery service is not supported.

Changes and refunds

  • Can I change a product?

Textylist.store gives you the opportunity to return a product within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

For returns from Greece, the first shipment from you to us is free of charge and is made with ACS courier, if you wish to send the parcel to us with another courier other than ACS the return charge is charged to you. In addition, each new shipment is subject to a 3€ shipping charge for Greece and a 1,50€ cash on delivery charge. Subsequent returns from you to us are subject to a 3€ shipping charge which is payable on receipt of your change along with the shipping and COD charges for the new shipment of your parcel.

For returns from Cyprus the shipment is made by a fully tracked courier of your choice and with your own shipping costs.

The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail receipt and including the product’s special markings (tags) and barcode. Returned products must meet the requirements such as being unused, unground, unwashed and unmarked.

All products returned to textylist.store’s warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control and products that are worn are considered used and cannot be exchanged. Also, products that have been special ordered or personalized cannot be exchanged. The same applies to evening dresses. In the event that returned products do not qualify for exchange then unfortunately we cannot complete the exchange process and the products are returned back to the customer at their own expense. Finally, products on offer can only be exchanged for products in the “Offers” section.

  • What do I do to change a product?

You send us the product with its label, the proof of purchase in the same or similar packaging, closed only with packaging tape*, as well as the Return Form completed in a parcel with ACS courier with a charge to the recipient (Textylist) at Georgiou Mpaloglou 35, Thessaloniki Center, 54623

*(Attention!!!! The use of a stapler is not a safe method of stapling!!!)

  • If I want to return a product and I don’t want to get something immediately, can the amount be credited to my account and if so, until when?

Of course, there is a credit period of 15 calendar days from the time we receive your return. Refunds and credits are for the value of the product only.

 

  • If I want to return a product and I don’t want to get something directly, can you refund me?

Refunds can only be made on products that do not carry a discount and the return costs are at your expense. In the event that a defective product is found in the delivered goods, you retain the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping costs or refunding your money. The refunded amount does not include the cost of transport and the cost of returning the parcel is borne by the customer. You return the goods to us at the address with a recipient (i.e. the company) charge. For the return you can only use Acs. In case of sending with another courier company the costs are borne by the customer

  • If a product I received is defective, what can I do?

If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 15 days from the date of delivery. You will be asked for details of the product code and the type of defect. If the defect is indeed found, we will bear the cost of the return and shipping.

  • If I want to return a product and exchange it for a higher value product, what will be the charge?

The charge you will have is the amount of the difference in the products plus the shipping costs. If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, you will be charged with the cash on delivery costs of 1,50€.
